Politique de remboursement

1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to inform us of your wish to return it. After this period, no requests will be accepted.

2. Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, undamaged, and unused condition, with all original tags attached and in its complete original packaging (including accessories, manuals, etc.). Damaged or incomplete items will not be refunded.
Perishable goods, opened software, custom-made items, and underwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

3. Return Procedure
  1. Contact our customer service by email at contact@therusselleffect.store, stating your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. A return voucher (postal label) will be sent to you by email.
  3. Pack the item carefully and drop your package off at a Swiss Post office.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the item received is defective.

5. Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the refund for the product amount to the original payment method used during purchase, within 10 to 14 business days.
