GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

1. Scope and Purpose Applicability: These GTC govern all sales and contracts concluded through The Russell Effect. Target Audience: They apply to all deliveries within Switzerland and internationally (if applicable). Acceptance: Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Products and Pricing Descriptions: Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. Currency: All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) by default. Taxes: Prices include Swiss Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Shipping Fees: Delivery charges are stated clearly during the checkout process. Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Locked Pricing: Products are invoiced at the price listed at order confirmation.

3. Order Conclusion (corrigé) Order Placement: Your order constitutes a binding offer to purchase the products. Confirmation: The contract is concluded when we send an order confirmation email. Made to Order: All products are manufactured on demand upon receipt of your order. Production time is added to the estimated delivery timeframe and will be communicated at checkout.

4. Payment Terms Methods: We accept major credit cards, Twint, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Security: All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely. Retention of Title: Products remain our property until full payment is received.

5. Shipping and Delivery (corrigé)Carrier: Shipments are processed by our production partners and their designated carriers. Depending on the destination and product, orders may be shipped from production facilities located in Europe or internationally. Deadlines: Delivery timeframes provided at checkout include both production and shipping time, and are estimates, not strict deadlines. Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier handover. Inspection Duty: Customers must check packages upon delivery for any external damage.

6. Right of Return and Refunds Window: Customers have a 14-day return window from the delivery date. Condition: Items must be new, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging. Exclusions: Intimate apparel, swimwear, and custom or personalized items (including photo-customized products) are non-returnable. Shipping Cost: Return shipping fees are fully paid by the customer. Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

7. Warranty and Liability Defects: Customers must report visible item defects within 3 business days. Remedies: Defective items will be replaced, repaired, or fully refunded. Limitation: Liability is strictly limited to the purchase value of the product.

8. Data Protection Privacy: Customer data is handled strictly according to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Usage: Data is exclusively used to process orders and improve our services.

9. Governing Law and JurisdictionApplicable Law: These terms are governed exclusively by Swiss Law. Place of Jurisdiction: The exclusive legal venue for any dispute is Zurich, Switzerland.
